Hastily removed clothing creates a mess.

This customer did not realize her walk-in closet had received damage from a recent storm.

And trust us, she wasn't happy about it.

A storm had hit Friday night, and she and her husband thought their property was okay.

Until Sunday morning, when she was getting ready for church and saw drooping sheet rock and a mess all over her clothes.

She quickly began pulling items down and placing them on a chair, which actually led to some darker items bleeding onto the lighter fabrics.

It didn't take long for the husband to call SERVPRO of Lawton.

We quickly located the source of the leak (storm damage to the shingles), and while they contacted a roofer we began sorting clothing into restorable versus non-restorable sections.

With the help of garment boxes, our team was able to clear the closet so the drying and restoration process could begin.
