Wet materials removed after a storm

I've had the opportunity to visit with business owners who aren't very familiar with our services.

Fire damage? Okay, they understand that. Water damage? Makes sense.

Emergency pack out and move outs? Sewage cleanup? Biohazard cleaning? Emergency board up and tarp services?

Imagine the quietness in the room when those topics come up. You hear nothing but crickets.

So we discuss one topic at a time.

For example, when the main sewer line backs up and leaves almost an inch of...well, sewage. 

Or when lightning strikes a house during a thunderstorm and leaves a wet, molded pile of debris.

Or the time our SERVPRO of Lawton team was called out to a local area after severe thunderstorms damaged almost every home in the neighborhood.

And when asked about biohazard cleanup? Absolute discretion is required, but the picture is clear if you mention a heart attack victim during the quarantine. 

Many of these business owners are simply amazed at the work we do, and impressed by our professionalism and knowledge.

We humbly tell them that's what we do, and we're always here to help.
