This agent knew to call SERVPRO

We're accustomed to our agents calling when a customer suffers fire, water or smoke damage.
One call was different. The agent herself called to report water damage in her home, and she needed help.
Our team of expertly trained technicians met the agent at her home, and it was a mess.
The line to the ice maker had been leaking unchecked, and the damage wasn't discovered until they noticed the squishy floors.
Our team quickly began to move appliances and pull up the flooring to determine to size of the loss.
Layer by layer revealed wet materials in the kitchen and adjacent living room. All the new laminate floors had to be removed, as well as carpet, baseboards, sheetrock and insulation.
The drying process required 5 days to ensure it met our SERVPRO dry standards.
In the end, the agent said she had a new appreciation of our services. She had recommended us before, and will continue to do so.
