The Silver Spoon experienced an electrical fire in a piece of equipment during the afternoon/evening of Monday, April 22nd. The damage is extensive. I don't know exactly how long it will take to do clean up, demo and complete the build-out. The kitchen, grill and bakery are a total loss. SERVPRO has been doing major clean-up since day two, for which I'm very grateful. The soot/smoke has damaged nearly every piece of equipment in the restaurant.
