Wet materials removed after a storm

I've had the opportunity to visit with business owners who aren't very familiar with our services.

Fire damage? Okay, they understand that. Water damage? Makes sense.

Emergency pack out and move outs? Sewage cleanup? Biohazard cleaning? Emergency board up and tarp services?

Imagine the quietness in the room when those topics come up. You hear nothing but crickets.
